SHIPPING POLICY
We work to ship your package out the same business day, but orders can take up to 1-2 days to process. Estimated shipping time will be about 3-5 business days after being processed and packaged, depending on your location from us (this excludes weekends and holidays).
- Standard USPS Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $75. It is free for orders over $75.
If you place more than one order in a day, please email us to combine your orders, and we will refund you for one of your shipping charges.
We offer Priority Shipping at a flat rate of $15, which can be selected at checkout. Orders requiring priority shipping are shipped out the same day if placed before 2 PM EST or the next business day. Priority shipping takes about 2-3 business days to receive, depending on your location from us.
UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air are also available shipping options. They can be selected at checkout with a flat rate of:
- $12 for UPS Ground
- $25 for UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS packages are shipped out the same day if placed before 2 PM EST or the next business day. UPS Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on your location, while UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 days.
International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and are processed within 1-2 business days. The charge for this service is a flat rate of $50, with the charge for Canada being $20. Shipping time can vary and is estimated between 7-21 business days to receive (excluding weekends and holidays).
We are not responsible for any international customs, duties, taxes, and fees you may owe. These are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. You can contact your country’s customs office for rates/fees on packages coming from outside your country.
Order Cancellation:
Orders are eligible for cancellation 30 minutes after being placed for a full refund, provided there is a reason. Orders are not eligible for cancellation after the packing slip has been printed and is being processed.
The email provided at checkout will receive a confirmation containing your order number. A tracking number will also be sent once your order has shipped, along with details on delivery time and a confirmation email when the package is delivered.
If the address provided at checkout is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees incurred. A flat rate of $7.00 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the corrected shipping address.
Route+ Package Protection:
Elegant Class has partnered with Route+. By selecting Route+ at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. You can easily file claims with Route in the unfortunate case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged and receive a replacement or full reimbursement for your package. To file a claim, please click here to start the process. We are excited to offer this service to you, and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
If you do not include Route+ in your order, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If a package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please use the links below to file a claim with the carrier you chose at checkout.
